Piya:

Since I was a young girl I lived and grew up with dogs in Bangkok. In 1998 (still in Highschool) I started to breed with 2 Irish setters with which I joined competitions and one got Thai-Champion.

But there were no good Irish Setters (male) in Thailand  and I also love Collies and Shelties so much because of their friendly and peaceful character so I changed in 2004 to Shetland Sheepdogs and Rough Collies.

My first Sheltie came from Austalia and my first Rough Collie from USA. His call-name is Justin and he is Thai-Champion too (pls. have a look at the Pedigrees under "Our dogs") . This all grows within the time, since years I am an official member of the "The Kennel Club Of Thailand" which uses the FCI-Standard and I do own 7 Shelties, 2 Collies and I made this to my own business. It works well as of now and will increase more hopefully.

At the moment I am working especially with Thai Champion Justin (Rough Collie) and the new hopeful Sheltie puppie, call-name Bush. Bush became TH.CH. already on the 13th of September 2009. In October & November 2009 I will join more competitions with Bush in Bangkok.

We are at the end of 2012 and we have a bigger family in Germany now: Biggy - Dennisays My Against All Odds - & Kilo - AM.CH. Milas Illegal Latin - (co-owned 50 / 50 with. C. Hess) & Bailey - Milas Dance Shoes -.

We won some V1 (CAC), V2 (RCAC) & V3 meanwhile and we will continue with our work here we plan to have some litters in 2013. So we hope the things will continue to work very well.

To be honest Im relative new to this. As I was a young boy (4 ys old) I was bitten by a dog and so I was more into cats than into dogs. The only dogs I liked in my childhood have been Collies (as I know now: Rough Collies) because I grew up with a TV-run called "Lassie" and a comic-run called "Bessy".

In Feb. 2009 I learned to know Piya by a fluke and also learned to know her lovely dogs so I became interested in this topic very much. Im still "studying" this all under the instructions of Piya as she is an expert in training and breeding Collies & Shelties. What fascinates me very much: the expierences with these dog breeds are their peaceful and supportive mind to all human-beings and also my expierences with the owner of these dog breeds who all have been so much friendly to us (f.e. Caren from Lucky Border Kennel). 

I will learn much more about this fascinating topic the next years.

2 years have passed by now and I already learned a lot about Health, Rules, Body Constructions and so on - many thanks at all who support my learning so far: Piya, Eberhard & Karin, Malikah & Carmen, Astrid and much more ...  some more exiting news will come soon :-)
